Our Aultman College student success advising team supports students from the moment they register for classes and attend orientation through graduation.
Each advisor serves as a student’s primary point of contact, providing guidance, answering questions, and connecting them with resources that promote academic and personal success. Advisors work collaboratively with students to develop an academic plan that helps them stay on track and reach their educational goals.
Weeks 2-6 of Each Semester
Soon after the semester begins, your advisor will reach out to schedule a meeting. During this appointment, you’ll work together to create your progression plan and discuss any areas where you might need extra support such as tutoring, testing accommodations, or other helpful resources. This is a great opportunity to connect early and make sure you’re set up for success.
Advising Week (Mid-Semester)
Around the middle of each semester, all students will schedule a mandatory advising appointment. Before your meeting, you’ll receive an advising packet by email with the materials you’ll need, including forms and space to outline two course plans for next semester.
During your appointment, you and your advisor will review your plans together to ensure you’re on track for graduation and achieving your goals.
Important: You must attend this advising meeting to unlock course registration for the next semester.
