Direct Deposit

For your convenience and faster access to any credit balances (student refunds), Aultman College offers Direct Deposit. This allows your refunds to be automatically deposited into your designated bank account.

Getting Started:

  • Complete and submit the Direct Deposit forms.
  • Attach a voided check to set up your account.

How Can I Check My Bill?

Your student account balance is available in the Student Portal.

When Do Bills Post & When Are They Due?

  • A pre-bill posts as soon as you register, but your official bill is available the day after the add/drop deadline.
  • If you are paying out-of-pocket (no financial aid), your bill is due on the add/drop deadline.
  • Need help figuring out your balance before or after financial aid is applied? Contact the Student Billing Coordinator.

How Can I Pay My Bill?

You have multiple options:

  • In person or by phone at the College’s main office (cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover)
  • Online via the Student Portal using PayPal (additional fee applies)

Can I Pay in Installments?

Yes! We can set up a payment plan to spread tuition over the semester.

  • Payment plan due dates: 15th of each month
  • How to set up: Contact the Student Billing Coordinator to review your ledger and schedule your plan.
  • Tip: Set up your plan early to make smaller, manageable payments.

What Happens If My Payment Is Late?

  • Late payments may result in your classes being dropped for the next semester.
  • If this may happen, contact the Student Billing Coordinator immediately to discuss options and set up a plan.

What If I’m Waiting for Financial Aid?

  • No penalties if you’re waiting on financial aid.
  • Financial aid is usually applied weeks 5–7 of the semester.
  • If you expect a balance after aid, consider setting up a payment plan for the remaining balance.
